The first day back to school & I am already pissed off at this place. We had a minuite of silence for those kids that were killed in Colorado. Why did we have to waste our time with this bullshit? I mean if our school spent this much time for 16 lives, what about the Kosovo Masacare or the Oklahoma City bombing or those people that were killed in Montreal in the late 80's? Thats the thing I hate about this school is what ever the student council (which is supposed to reprisent the student body) thinks is how everyone should think. A good example would be their campaign against using "scented products". People were complaing about perfume. First of all, making us NOT wear scented products is against our freedom of speech. I only wish I was there to bring up this little debate during the assembly.

Samantha called yesterday, she wants me to open instead of working the banquet. I need to get the hours so I think that I am either:

A) Stay at work the whole time.
B) Come home, sleep for a bit then go back to work.

I want the hours but I have to open on Sunday, so I dont want to be tired. I will probably make my decision tonight. I also want to see Go, but noone else wants to see it. I think that I might go see it by my self. Or I might invite Erin. I havent seen her since last summer. It would be nice to see her again and catch up on some news.

I was at chapters today, just to kill some time and read up on my Palm Pilot. I was looking around and I noticed that almost eveyone had a rose -- I wanted one! It turns out that chapters just launched their new website and that the roses were to celebrate this occasion. They are really nice, with a red bow that says "www.chapters.ca" in gold all around it. I gave it to my mommy, she liked it :)
