I had planned on writing a really good and long journal entry.. but then I spent the rest of the night talking on the phone with friends.

Sue was kind enough to ask me how I was doing:

geekgirl:   anything exciting been going on in ur life?
Devastatr:  work wise? yeah (im doing a huge journal update tonight)
Devastatr:  new boss starts monday
Devastatr:  was so busy today... we hit a new record.. 700 hits a second.. doing about 73mbit/s outbound
Devastatr:  so we are rushing to implement akamai stuff
Devastatr:  got 5 new servers (linux ones) we are retiring the hp boxes
Devastatr:  and two new freebsd boxes for firewalls
geekgirl:   nice
Devastatr:  going on a date with Sheena tomorrow
Devastatr:  (day off tomorrow too)
geekgirl:   whos that?
Devastatr:  uhmm

Devastatr:  (thats my friend mark, btw)
Devastatr:  we got 30 cm of snow last weekend
Devastatr:  so its going to be good riding this weekend :)
Devastatr:  I ordered some stuff from thinkgeek
Devastatr:  (a WTF?! hoodie - and two other t-shirts)
Devastatr:  still debating about ordering an ipod
Devastatr:  my new mail server for InfiniteLoop was shipped today.. installing it as soon as I get it (this weekend or next)
Devastatr:  i'm feeling really good today!

Devastatr:  eating healthy, getting nice sleep... work is going good.. life is good too
Devastatr:  i'm happy.
Devastatr:  still no new laptop though... insurance company is taking sweet time
geekgirl:   naturally
Devastatr:  oh, and I started running for 30 min this week
geekgirl:   well done
Devastatr:  yeah..
Devastatr:  I love going to the gym
Devastatr:  I was so stressed out after work
Devastatr:  I feel great now
