So the word on the street (har har) about the parking situtation around the GO station is that the Town of Aurora is going to limit all street parking to 2 hours 8-4 M-F. This effectivly renders all parking around the GO station unusable.

If I wasn't moving, i'd spend some energy on fighting this.

On a good note, however, there is now hourly express busses from Union to Aurora 7 days a week. Southbound starting with the 840am bus. Northbound until 110am. Awesome!

Did some more Christmas shopping over the weekend, spent Saturday night at Melissas.

A few days ago it was snowing like a bitch.. now its pouring rain (melting the about 15cm of snow).

New Years plans have been locked in - with a bonus! Mark found out today the Andre and his gang are going to be at Blue as well! Nice!

I've been sick the past few days.. Just the typical head cold that everyone gets at this time of year.

Went to the Santa Clause parade on Sunday with Mark and Laura. Had a good time. Then we did some "shopping" along Queen Street, nobody bought anything though.. heh.

I stayed over at Melissa's place after the Nine Inch Nails concert (which was awesome, by the way) and had a bunch of crazy dreams:

The one I remember the most was a flying one. I was working for an airliner on my first day on the job. The captain gave me this voucher that said: "Toronto to Asia: $179.00". I was so excited because I could give this voucher to Melissa as my next flight was to Japan and she was off work.

No work today, because its remembrance day.

Had an eye exam yesterday. This was the first time ever and it was pretty quick, about 30-45 min. The doctor said there wasn't anything wrong with me eyes and to come back in two years for a check up :) Happy Melissa? ;)

I think I'm going to head up to Senecals to get my board waxed and Melissas skis fitted properly today.

What some people do in this fucked up town to stop motorists from parking infront of their houses.

I was bored the other day. So I decided to see if I could find the most expensive flight ever.

London, England to Sydney, Australia: First Class, $23,000!

Saw Jarhead last night. Excellent movie. The theather was PACKED and I suspect that the younger people in the crowd (and there were many, many young sluts) were disapointed in the lack of violence.

The movie theather jacked up their prices again, by a dollar, to $10.95. The whole $9.95 thing didn't last that long.

Apparantly the theater in Aurora will be opening in about a month.

My headaches are getting better. They've been with me all week until today!

So I have about 34 days of vacation time I need to use before July 1st, 2006. So I've been figuring some things out:

- I can take every friday off starting next week until July 1st. Yay 4 day weekdays for the next 8 months!
- I can take an entire month off.
- I can take a week off each month until July 1st.

What would you do?

I think i'm going to take some fridays/mondays off. That way I can use the time to go flying during the week. Trying to squeeze daylight hours after work is going to be hard in the winter. I might be able to do my flying before work though.. hmm...

Nine Inch Nails concert is coming up on the 10th. Dentist appointment on the 11th, Seneca open house at buttonville on the 12th. Next week is shaping up to be pretty busy.
