I haven't updated in quite a while and I'm going to try to get back into it.

The condo gets registered in October 23rd. That means we can sell the place (after the date). There has been some discussion with Melissa about where to move next. But where? or into what?

The area that we live in is awesome. We both love it. There are a lot of new condo developments happening as well that will be a good stepping stone towards buying a house.

There is still a lot to discuss...

School is going good. I'm close to getting my private pilot licence. The original plan was the end of september. But do to a lot of factors (mainly weather) that had timeline had to be extended. So by the end of October I should have it.
