The past few weeks Melissa and I have been looking for a new place to live in Aurora. We've seen over 25 places so far and are nearing the decision making point.
Today, I decided to take a look again at the Toronto market to see if there is anything interesting.
I came across a place in the St. Clair and Avenue road area. It was $319,000 with... get this... $750/mo. in condo fees. I was shocked! Who would pay that much in condo fees? I can't fathom the types of amenities this place would have for that price.
